Factory loading instructions

Product 200 x 130 x 50 mm, 0.35 kg each.

  1. 1. Load the carton: place 4 products along the 130 mm length, 7 across the 50 mm width, 2 high.
  2. Leave about 1.5 mm between items along the length (total 4.5 mm), 1 mm across the width, 1 mm between layers.
  3. 2. Result: 56 products per carton = 56 products. Gross weight 20.4 kg (net 19.6 kg, carton tare 0.8 kg).
  4. 3. Carton exterior 600 x 400 x 425 mm (60 x 40 x 42.5 cm), interior 580 x 380 x 405 mm, wall 10 mm.
